In this basement finish we added two guest bedrooms, one will be utilized as a gym and the other for guests. We designed a custom entertainment center with lots of toy storage equipped with quartz tops, perfect for crockpots and appetizers on game day. The small but mighty wet bar has Timber stained floating shelves and linen painted cabinets with a glazed ceramic subway wall tile and a quartz top. We made the small bathroom footprint feel larger by jackhammering out the existing concrete floor in the shower to make a curb-less entrance.  LVP flooring was the perfect solution for both a high traffic kids play space as well as a gym.  All hardware is in a beautiful champagne bronze finish.
