The Eighth
The Eighth is a full custom build in southwest Rochester, designed from the kitchen out. White oak cabinetry, quartz counters and a long island were laid out around how the family actually cooks, with a breakfast banquette and a screened porch close by.
Upstairs and down, the details stay quiet and considered: a mudroom that keeps up with daily life, a tiled primary bath with a soaking tub, and a lower level with a lounge and golf simulator.
