We are both licensed Realtors with Edina Realty in Rochester, MN. We own a building and remodeling company.
ABOUT LEE
Realtor | Builder | Owner MN Living Co.
Lee is the assistant manager of our office of 100+ agents and teaches many of the courses on topics such as writing contracts, negotiating, and leveraging your business with social media.
Lee grew up in Rochester, MN, and attended Century High School where he was an avid hockey player. He played one year of college hockey at Augsburg University before transferring to the University of MN Duluth where he graduated with a business management degree. Lee moved back to Rochester and began working for his dad who has been a custom home builder for 30+ years. Lee got his real estate license in 2008 during the recession and has truly seen the best and the worst of our market. Lee is now the owner of his own custom home building and remodeling business, MN Living Co. He loves creating functional layouts and has an eye for floor plans and details.

Emily grew up in Rochester, MN and attended Lourdes High School. She went to Winona State University for Nursing and moved back home to work at Mayo Clinic. She loved her job as the personal nurse to the chairman of Neurosurgery but ultimately left to pursue her passion for design. She ran a small design business, Emily Fleming Designs, where she offered interior design services and home staging before getting her Real Estate license and joining forces with Lee to create MN Living Co.

Meet Mary! She is our licensed assistant and manages much of the day-to-day with our real estate business and received her real estate license in March 2022.
Mary and Emily are childhood friends from their cabin in Walker, MN on beautiful Leech Lake. Emily convinced Mary to move to Rochester to work for them in 2021 and the rest is history.
